At Tanzola, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality spray tanning services and products. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our updated refund and returns policy below.
1. Faulty Products
We stand behind the quality of our professional tanning solutions and accessories. If your item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect:

Contact our Customer Care Team at hello@tanzola.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item.

Include your order number, a brief description of the fault, and clear photos (if applicable).

Our Product Assessments team will review your claim.

If your item is confirmed as faulty, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit — and cover any return shipping costs.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for damage due to incorrect storage, mishandling, or misuse.
2. Change of Mind
We understand sometimes you may change your mind. If you'd like to return an item:

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Once returned and inspected, a store credit will be issued (minus original shipping charges). Refunds are not offered for change of mind.

3. Spray Tan Appointments – Cancellations & Rescheduling
We know life gets busy, and we do our best to accommodate changes to your appointment. Please note the following terms:

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to receive a full refund.

If you cancel or reschedule within less than 48 hours, the full payment will be charged to the card on file.

No-shows will also incur the full appointment fee.
All appointment bookings are made with agreement to these terms.
4. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be reissued or refunded.
5. Consumer Guarantees
Our policy complies with Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected. For more information, please visit the ACCC website.
